Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Food and You. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Please note: Perishable goods, opened food items, and personal care products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after inspection.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please Note the Following
- Some products (herbs, edibles, etc.) are exempt from refunds.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded.
- Sale items will not be refunded.
- Consultations or other services that have already been rendered cannot be refunded.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.
